What we collect
When you request an offer, we collect what you type into the quote form: your device details, phone number, and — if you choose to provide them — your name, email, meetup preference, and notes. If you create an account, we store your email, name, optional phone, and a securely hashed password (we never store or see your actual password).
How we use it
- To contact you about your quote and arrange your meetup or shipment.
- To show you your own quote history if you create an account.
- To keep basic business records of completed purchases.
What we don't do
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
- We do not run third-party ad trackers on this site.
- We do not access the contents of any device you sell beyond verifying it works and checking its IMEI.
Your device's data
Devices sold in person are erased in front of you before you leave. Devices shipped to us are factory-erased upon arrival, before anything else happens to them. Either way, we recommend signing out of iCloud/Google and removing your SIM before selling.
Data retention & deletion
Quote records are kept for business and legal record-keeping. Want your account or contact info deleted? Text us at 901-713-1565 or email and we'll remove it.
Security
The site runs entirely over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed with industry-standard PBKDF2. Login sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies.
