Offers & pricing
- Online offers are estimates based on your answers and are valid for 7 days from the quote date.
- The final price is confirmed after we inspect the device in person or on arrival. If the condition differs from what was described, we'll present an adjusted offer and explain why — you may accept it or decline with no obligation.
- Declined in-person offers cost you nothing; declined ship-in offers are returned to you free of charge.
Eligibility & requirements
- Sellers must be 18 or older with a valid government photo ID. A simple digital bill of sale is completed with every purchase.
- Find My iPhone / iCloud (or the equivalent activation lock) must be removed before we can pay.
- Financed or balance-owed devices may receive a reduced offer after a quick manual review — you must disclose financing when asked.
Stolen or blacklisted devices
Every IMEI/serial is checked against blacklist databases before payment. Devices reported lost or stolen are rejected and reported. We cooperate fully with law enforcement.
Payment
We pay by cash, Zelle, or CashApp at the completion of an in-person purchase, or immediately after a shipped device passes inspection.
Shipping (mail-in sales)
We provide a prepaid, insured shipping label. Devices must reasonably match the description given in your quote. Ship within 7 days of your quote to keep your locked price.
Your data
See our Privacy Policy. Devices are erased in front of you (in person) or factory-erased on arrival (shipped).
